Clear Usage Rights for Holders

What do you get with a Cryptoart NFT? Do I have any IP rights? What happens if the project sunsets? It's important to have clarity. Here's the TLDR, but be sure you read the entire Purchase and License Agreementarrow-up-right before you buy a Cryptoart NFT.

(Some of) What you can do:

  • Create and display physical reproductions for personal use

  • Display the artwork digitally and use in social media (profile pictures, posts, etc.)

  • Attach stories to your NFT (these become public domain)

  • Redeem your NFT for a physical art piece through our pairing service

  • Unpair your NFT by following the instructions revealed when destroying the authentication mechanism attached to the physical

(Some of) What you can't do:

  • Sell or transfer any reproductions you create

  • Create derivative works of the artwork

  • Transfer unpaired physical art pieces (they're void when unpaired)

  • Attach illegal content to your NFT

(Some of) What is Important to know:

  • We can modify the Redeemable metadata attribute without notice

  • If you buy a paired NFT without the physical art piece, you can't unpair it

  • We follow our Supply Expansion Model and cannot materially change supply caps without a supermajority vote

  • We do not guarantee any floor price or future value of NFTs despite our model referencing floor prices
